In short: we collect minimal data, use it only to respond to you and fulfil your order, and never sell it to anyone.

1.Who controls the data

2.What data we collect
Name, phone number, preferred contact method and comment — only what you provide in the form. Along with the request we store technical data: IP address, browser type, referring page and UTM tags — needed to understand where the request came from and not lose it.
3.Why we use it
To contact you, prepare an estimate, support your car purchase and meet legal requirements for customs processing. Your contacts are not used for mailings or advertising without separate consent.
4.Who we share it with
Request data goes to our CRM and the manager's messenger. To fulfil an order, some data is shared with the logistics partner, customs broker and finance company — only to the extent needed for your specific deal. Data is never shared with or sold to third parties for their own purposes.
5.How long we keep it
Requests without follow-up — 12 months. Data of clients with a signed contract — for the period required by tax and customs law. After that, data is anonymized or deleted.
6.Cookies and analytics
The site uses technical cookies required for operation (language choice, form state). Analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only after your consent in the banner — until then they are not set. You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies in your browser.
7.Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, restrict processing or request deletion. Just write to [email protected] — we'll reply within 30 days. If the reply doesn't satisfy you, you have the right to contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
8.Security
The site runs over HTTPS only. Requests are accessible only to managers by role, and admin actions are logged. We do not store bank card data — payments go through our finance partners' services.
9.Policy changes
If the policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Substantial changes affecting already collected data are communicated separately.
